    Description

    This is a 1861 Civil War Sick Leave/Neglect of Duty Discharge defense of a surgeon ( possibly written Dr David Little) consisting of 13 hand written pages.  On September 5, 1861, Adj Gen Ruggle declared the authority to discharge was illegal.  Mentioned are Col Quimby and Col Prichell ?  We believe this might be related to the another document we have listed. -
