    This is a February 13, 1862 Civil War Special Requisition #40 list of items received by Lt James Chamberlain of the 3rd NY Cavalry at Camp Bates, near Poolsville, MD and signed by Capt. John F Moschell, Company B.  Approved by Lt  Col. Simon Mix. List includes: jackets, boots, undershirts, shup skin for blacksmith, horse covers, etc.  Overall very good condition.   Look for the other Civil War paper we are listing to combine shipping.
