This listing is for the tiny little doll shown.    Appears to be bisque.  The dress is sewn onto the doll at the neck.   It is more or less one straight piece from head to toe with wire attaching the jointed arms.
Measures approx 2.25".    I really don't see any chips or at lest chips of significance.   There is a lighter spot on the side of the neck, but I think that is that there was somehow a press in the mold?
The surface is soiled, and you may know how to clean it.   The dress is fraying, mostly on the back.   Looks to be some kind of gold or copper shiny thread lace as a belt around the waist.
Cute little thing.
Undated, but looks quite old.   Not sure where manufactured.   Maybe Germany?   Not sure.
