    Description

    Antique unusual bisque headed doll with composition body. Although the body feels and looks like paper mache, rather than the hard composition that was used later. Dollhouse size: 5" tall. Marked on the head: 13"_ . I guess German or French, but I don't know who made her. Stationary brown glass eyes and a closed mouth. The wire that you see in the back of her head is what is attaching the head to the body and it goes down inside there to connect. Jointed, but the bloomers are tight and won't let her sit. There is an old chip at the top of her head, see the photo at the penpoint. It would be covered by a wig, though. Wear to the upper arms around the shoulders. Sorry I don't have the wig for her!
