Civil War Document 1864 23rd Wisconsin Dane County Oregon Soldier Justice Peace

Description

An original Civil War document dated 1864. I think it mentions a man in the 23rd Wisconsin, and  Dane County Oregon.  It is signed at the bottom by the Justice of the Peace.
The document has wear and some stain marks, there are pieces missing and mount marks.
