This brand new nice sturdy TIE STRAP will be perfect to change out your old worn strap and add a good sturdy leather tie strap to your western saddle.  The tie strap is a vital part of your saddle tack. This has pre-punched holes and leather string to secure it to your girth.  The strap measures approx 6' long x 1 3/4" wide.  NEW hard to find DARK BROWN color.  Brand new.

- US shipping will be .50 via USPS Priority Shipping
- Canadian shipping will be .95 via USPS First Class International Mailing

Combined Shipping Rates
I am more than happy to combine shipping to save costs! In order to take advantage of my combined shipping rates, you must wait until you are all finished before paying. I will combine your invoice and send an amended invoice reflecting your shipping discounts.
**Due to ebay now charging selling fees on shipping costs, in order to receive the combined shipping rate ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ONE SINGLE PAYMENT.  Ebay will automatically combine multiple purchases onto one invoice for ease of payment.  Overpayment of shipping due to paying for multiple items one item at a time cannot be refunded.
As a general rule, I will combine shipping as follows: base shipping amount on highest stated shipping amount of items purchased then each additional item will be just .50 for US buyers and .00 each item for Canadian and International buyers.
**Occasionally there will be exceptions for combined shipping. For example, I cannot ship two saddle pads together at the combined shipping rate. The additional combined shipping rate on larger items will be stated in those listings.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items. I try very hard to provide ample information regarding my items. Measurements and sizes are provided to assist you. If you must return an item, you must notify me within those 30 days. The item must be returned in the exact condition of which you received it. Used or "tried out" items may not be returned! Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed through Paypal for the item cost only...shipping charges are not refundable.
