it is normal for your plant to lose all leaves during shipment, they will grow back quickly.
upon receiving plant, please plant in a mixture of miracle grow potting soil (or any potting soil) and perlite. 2 parts soil and 1 part perlite. Perlite will allow sufficient drainage which this plant needs after planting. Water with distilled water lightly and do not keep plant wet, lightly moist only. let soil dry, then water again. If you are growing  outside, you will need to keep in a shady area for a few days until it is able to take more sun without scorching the leaves. within about a week or two, you can eventually let it remain in full sun. this plant is happiest in full sun after you have conditioned it properly. If growing outside, you may have to water a bit more often.
