    This listing is for an extremely rare 1950s General Transistor paperweight/medallion. This medallion is 3" octagonal and 0.25" thick with General Transistor logo as the main focal point. The inscriptions on the front are "General Transistor" and "The fastest growing name in Transistors. The inscription on the back is a quote from Harry W. Morrison "
    A man's worth is counted in the things he creates for the betterment of his fellowmen.
    "  General Transistor was one of the early pioneers in creating advanced germanium transistors. The company later became General Instruments and made integrated circuits.
