Introducing: The World's first ever, Rhodium Bullion Investment Coin
Brand new and as issued from the Cohen Mint in Brooklyn, New York in 2009.
This is an ultra rare collectable, and legitimate investment portfolio item.
Rhodium Price:
Rhodium hit a record this year in April
(,800 per ounce or 8 per gram)
, which clearly shows it's short term potential. That record was reached,
while half the world was still locked down (like prisoners some might say).
Rule #1 of any investment - never buy when it's high. Having said that, and due to the downright scarcity of this metal, this years high - might be next years low! Now is certainly a favorable time to secure some Rhodium for your collection before the price starts climbing again, possibly to new records.
Rhodium - Extremely Scarce:
Rhodium is the second rarest of the platinum group metals. There is far too little of it to be traded on the market. It is rarer than Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium etc. While all of those precious metals hold thier own, they have nothing on Rhodium's rarity!
Examples; approx.
2500
Tonnes of Gold,
190
Tonnes of Platinum and
90
Tonnes of Palladium get mined each year: compared to just 30 Tonnes of Rhodium - and that's Worldwide production (1 Tonne = 2200 pounds).
The reason Rhodium has skyrocketed in the last few years is due to new
emission
standards being set all over the World.
Those standards are only getting set higher and higher!
This means every new car needs more Rhodium to keep the exhaust emission below ever increasing acceptable standards.
Consider when the world really opens up again
.
Maybe it'll be that point in time when everyone realizes a full audit of PCR results is necessary due to incorrect test cycles raising false positives, and lives being turned upside down because of it. The point is, when everyone starts getting back to business, proper, we might be lucky if Rhodium will ever be under 00 per gram again!
Grading:
In 1949, Dr. William Sheldon decided that there were many additional “states of preservation” of coins. Sheldon developed a system of grading coins on a scale from 1 to 70, with “1” representing a Poor coin lacking virtually all details to “70” representing a “Perfect” coin. The upper portion of the Sheldon scale is for Uncirculated coins grading from 60 to 70.
This Rhodium investment coin is graded "Mint State" 68.

Rhodium is the second rarest of all metals and far more rare than Gold. It's even more than Platinum and Palladium. In fact no bullion coin, or bar can even compete with this rare beauty. Rhodium is an extremely hard metal with a high boiling point (approx 3700C or 6700F), as such this super rare and exotic platinum group metal is near impossible to make into coin form.
How many Rhodium bullion items, let alone coins, do you see for sale? Rhodium is far too rare to be traded on the usual market. That rarity will only increase with Global warming and/or the Green movement which is now set in stone with 2030 targets.
Once in a collection these pure Rhodium investment coins rarely come out again!
This is the last and only graded Rhodium coin we have for sale.
Be quick to secure this rare opportunity before someone else does!
