LIGHT:
Bright, indirect light, early morning sun will give a healthy amount of sun stress to keep those brilliant colors.
WATER:
Allow soil to dry out between watering to avoid root rot.
SOIL:
Use a well-draining succulent soil mix. Heavy, wet soil will lead to root rot.
PLANTING:
Plant in hanging baskets, rockeries and wall gardens, or where it can hang or form ground cover.
FERTILIZER:
Use a general fertilizer once or twice a year to enhance new growth and the plant’s overall health. Over fertilizing causes malformed growth.

Senecio propagates via clippings. Allow the cut end to callous over and insert into dirt during warm months.
I hate having to include this information in my listing but it is not always obvious to everyone so here goes............ If you are going to buy during cold weather where you live below 40 degrees, you have two options next day delivery with a heat pad or  ask for priority shipping which is additional with signature required which is an additional and buy a 72hour heat pack to ship with order and open package right away ........ Your box will be lined with foam or bubble to keep heating pad and your plant insulated from outside temp...if you are below 0 or in negative dergrees do not buy at all as heating pad will not work for negative degrees.....or just wait till spring when your temps are above 40 degrees.....****
if you buy and do not chose one of the accelerated forms of shipment i will still ship it for you first class mail but you are acknowledging that you understand that I will NOT refund or replace if your live plant is frozen or damaged because of temp.
Planting and care instructions for succulents/cactus from cutting and bare-root
1.
Open up your box immediately upon your succulents/cactus cutting/bare-root/whole plant arrival.
Never expose your succulents/cactus under direct sun when arrival.

A cutting must be calloused over before planting, meaning the stem cut end of the pad is dry and has sealed itself over in order to protect itself.
It usually takes 3-7 days to be calloused.

Use cactus/succulents mix soil or well drains soil, before planting moisten the soil then plants your cutting 1-2 inches into the soil.

Place it in a warm, airy location under indirect sunlight, filtered sunlight or shaded area after planting.
Water it 5-10 days later after planting depending on condition.
The cutting usually would develop root anywhere from 2-6 weeks.
Bareroot succulents/cactus already have some root so they will grow more roots much faster.

Once the root system established, the plant would then start to show new growth.
Succulents do best under bright filtered sunlight, to get better color some varieties might need to grow under direct sunlight.
Succulents color may vary time to time and seasons (most of the orange red and purple color you see in some succulents are from being in direct sunlight for quite some time) do not expect this for a while with your succulents, start out in filtered and shade to partial sun and then once they have rooted begin to move them to more direct sunlight to brighten them up.
