Welcome to Lopers Performance Center.  Don't let our low feedback concern you.  We've been in business since 1967, we just decided it was time to get on Ebay to start moving some of our excess stock.  We're here to help, so feel free to contact us with any questions.
Payment:
We accept Paypal only at this time for payment.
Shipping:
We offer free shipping within the United States via FedEx ground, or whichever service works best depending on the size and weight of the packed item.  We do not offer any international shipping at this time.  Local Pick Up is available to those able to come to our location at an arranged time.
We will combine multiple purchases into one package if possible and if paid at the same time.
Returns:
No returns on electronic parts. If you need to return a non electronic item, please use Ebay's return process within the 14 day time period.  All returned items will receive a refund for the cost of the item as long as it is returned in the same condition as it was sent, unopened (if applicable) and uninstalled.  Initial and Return shipping will ONLY be refunded in cases where the reason for return is deemed at fault by us (the seller), which will be determined when necessary.
