Vintage F Perrin Ebony Piccolo Flute 6 key for restoration Civil War Reenactment

Description

This antique piccolo is marked F Perrin or F Pertin. It appears to be ebony with nickel plated keys and rings. This piccolo is complete with all keys and rings present and matching. The head and barrel are intact and the barrel has two very fine cracks that looks to have been repaired in the past. Most of the valve pads are missing but the valves are present and move. The threaded cap comes out smoothly and the tuning slide is smooth. This piccolo needs service to play, at the very least cleaning and replacement of pads. It appears to be a very good candidate for restoration being complete with no major damage.
