Vintage Painted Bisque Miniature Swiss Dressed Doll plus Extra Dress Mrs Geiger

Listing is for one vintage/antique painted bisque dressed doll and an extra dress on a broken doll, both with a tag sewn into their dress which is signed Mrs Geiger.
The graceful handwriting looks old style!
The taller doll is just under 6" tall, all bisque with painted features and a blonde wig.
The other doll was about 5" tall (when she was young!) and made of a celluloid which is cracking, which is why I am listing this only as a costume, although it will arrive on the broken doll.
She has lost part of a hand as well as a leg - the leg part will be included.
I purchased her like this because I loved the costume and the face.
The costumes were evidently sewn by a talented seamstress.
I can only find information on a Doris Geiger whose Swiss costumed dolls were rehomed on her death to the Swiss Center of North America
Otherwise, I have no information about the person who signed these detailed outfits.
The outfits are very nicely done, t
he style is Swiss or German, they are
made with rich textured fabrics with attention to detail.
The black bodice on the taller one is velvet, the shirt is a textured wool in a delicate design, her shirt has embroidered design.
The apron on the smaller doll is lovely, but it has come undone from her waist and needs some attention.
Both dolls have pantaloons.
The dress on the smaller doll could be removed and used on another doll about the same size.
The dress is definitely salvageable even as the doll may not be desirable as is!
(although she has such a cute face and looks nice with the larger one -- )
